Biologik M5

Hello
Im new to the site, and see there are small posts all over on my question in the subject line, but nothing really definitive and when searching in the M Fanatics folder it wont let me search F10 M5 (too few characters).
Ive recently purchased a white 2015 M5 F10 with 53000km. waited a while to find one with the 27deg cameras like my outgoing X6 4.0D had.
The plan expires on the M5 in August next year, where I will buy an additional year for about R18k quoted by BMW in Pinetown. I have also taken an unlimited warranty to kick in when the BMW plans finish.
Currently in the plan this vehicle had the gearbox replaced at 14000km, the turbo lines replaced, the seals in the diff (15 day wait from Germany as this is being resolved now after I sent it in to have a confirmation second once over) and replacement engines, and turbo seals.
My question in more detail is - as I see in the USA, EU and AUZ, there seem to be problems with these vehicles - however BMW here says they don't experience these issues and there are no recalls, however in the overseas blogs the recall is mentioned as a possible problem so BMW has altered various servicing requirements to combat this. eg - to try achieve the fuel saving in the vehicle the battery is compromised and needs to be replaced at every service and in some countries the service is now performed every 10 000km.
Has anyone experienced any unusual activity from BMW or can the group here mention possible faults to look out for. I mean as in the example of the turbo's, how poor is the build quality of the turbo that they need new rubber seals every 50 000km or so?
For interest I do own a tuning company as a hobby so I do understand vehicle componentry for my part and have had a few tuned vehicles like my X6 and my wife's X3 Msport 3.0D, previous Coupe A5 Quattro (this used excessive oil and had to have an VW software upgrade and different pistons done as a recall), Amarok TSI, G5 GTI DSG with 438hp T#T$ etc upgrade. I didn't touch my F30 320D cos of plan. Some of the issues ive seen with this vehicle, they seem to be odd, but are not an issue until you go out of plan and the cost is for ourselves. Lets be honest, the dealers milk the cost of the products in comparison to OEM costs in eBay etc.
Thanks Guys your guidance / assistance on frequency of problems will be helpful.
Regards
