never had the conrod bearings replaced.kms on the car is 122593.i hav read on the e39 m5 forum overseas that a few guys hav had them replaced.i also heard sum guy was drifting his m5 and stuffed the conrod bearing.is this a common fault on this model?zaleonardz said:Xcede recently did one I believe ?

i hav done the de cat at powerflow durban.they put in two resonators in place of the cats.the car seems to be a bit silent than before.the guy told me without the resonators the car wud be very loud.im not sure now maybe i want to take them of.
had the car on the dyno the other day.256kw on the wheels and 446 torque.is this ryt with just a de cat.the guy that did the dyno said its 100 percent

Sounds about right for only cat's, I went for straight pipes instead of resonaters, as the Y resonator does most of the work when it comes to dampening the sound, there is not much of a difference, mine just has a bit of a growl now, but very subtle.
