As a starting poing, I would suggest making an appointment with Leonard (Dent Doc). A while ago, he offered a service where he will check a car from bumper to bumper. You can then take it from there and decide if you need to extend. At worst if you do find faults now, you can take it in to BMW for one final MP claim before it expires.
