The presenter in the video is actually an ex-BMW sales person. I think he was at BMW Sandton?
For most of us who have very decent (but not phenomenal) driving skills, the AWD safety and usability of the M340i makes more sense than a full fat M3.
Especially, if you drive it daily.
For me though, an X3 M40i would be my perfect everyday/family car.

Well I have my choice 
And would choose it again every time.
I know because of what I have I’ll sound like a fan boy with my comments.
In most impromptu TLGP’s you rarely ever engage LC so 9/10 times it’s going to be going from the line without LC.
Rolling there is very little that can challenge the F80. The 100-200 times in these things standard are very rapid.
I will concede though that when it comes to Standing launches I’m prepared and willing to get the hiding. For the driving please and taughtness that the F80 offers. Unless it’s over a 1km cause I’d win that too.
