M3 Funny Noises

Hey Guys

Having some problems with the ///M. When I put the clutch in theres a funny noise, its like a grinding noise metal on metal. The cars doing 190000 km the clutch was replaced at 160000km by BMW. But that was back in 2004. The clucth it self is fine it pulls fine and doesnt ride at all, the gears take fine and is not sticky. Could it be that the bearing is failing? If so should I replace the clutch at the same time? And do I send the flywheel for skimming?
What is the price of a LUK clutch?

My best friend's family business. They skim drums and discs, reline brake shoes, resurface flywheels, resurface pressure plates, reline clutch plates, sell pads and discs and Sachs clutches and also LUK clutches. They do the car and truck industry and their prices are very good!

Guys the clutch finially packed up. Cant select any gears and its making an even louder noise when I press the clutch in. Does anybody know if I need to change the pilot bearing as well?

Its probably a good idea, seeing the part cost vs the labor cost. Do it while you are there and have peace of mind.

No not driving the car anymore. Cannot select any gears. I was on the way to drop it off to get the clutch sorted when it happened. Lucky for me it happened as I left my driveway.

Called around for the clutch kit. Its R 2390 for the sachs. I also called goldwagon. They can't seem to find the listing for m3. Also checked for rear shock mountings. Goldwagon have them for R 160 a pair. How good would this part be?
