For future upgrades I have a few ideas

I will be reinstalling a new Carbon Fiber Maxton style front spoiler. As for the rear diffuser, I purchased the same 3D Design one but changed my mind and decided to go for a carbon quad pipe one. Rogue Performance will be helping me out with a valvetronic quad pipe exhaust. The original exhaust as well as the other diffusers will be going into storage.

I do not want a loud car and have asked Wayne to install an exhaust that is as close to OEM as possible with regards to the noise when the valves are closed so it will be resonated and maybe an extra mid box. If someone does have any experience here please let me know.

I will be importing slide on tail pipes so that I can swap them out or change how far they stick out. These are 63mm inlet by 89mm outlet. Total width of the dual tip is about 190mm and length is 250mm. Ordered one carbon look and one chrome look set. I will attach images for what my idea is here

Awesome! I really like those 405m wheels.

I am very keen to get feedback from you with that valvetronic exhaust, I like the idea of such an exhaust - have a really loud car when you are in the mood and the rest of the time it can be as quiet as OEM.

I actually emailed Rogue Performance this morning asking them for more info on such an exhaust.

Not sure what your mileage is, but with the B58 being direct injection and being prone to carbon build up, have you done any carbon cleaning?
If so, did you notice any differences afterwards? I am wondering how necessary / beneficial the carbon clean would be.

No experience with carbon cleaning. I will take the advise previously given and probably just buy new parts. My mileage just hit 100k. I was advised to do a ZF Gearbox service. Might go ahead with that pretty soon.

Exactly my idea regarding the exhaust. I have used Rogue Performance before and my experience was quite good. I also messaged a few performance exhaust companies but the prices were not what I wanted to pay. An FI Exhaust was going to set me back around 60k. I am mainly doing it for aesthetic reasons. Will definitely share my thoughts once it's done. At the moment I am looking to have it done by mid December only.

Does not look the part, however. The drop is not even.

If this is regarding the lowering springs, the gaps are quite similar. The ground where the car is parked is sloped. It will never be 100%
In my experience, no matter which brand is used the front and back were always different

Sorry i see my requote did not work.
I was referring to the eibach lowering springs.

In the future I wish to install the M Performance rear roof spoiler and side fins. Will get these wrapped in carbon fiber as well.
I have ordered the OEM LED steering wheel and a carbon fiber front strut brace. Not sure if the brace will have any impact on the handling of the car but it looks cool. I think that this will be it regarding styling upgrades. I want a good looking car but don't want to go too far. At the moment it's quite understated.

Future Performance Upgrades :

Wagner Cooler - I am choosing this brand because I got it at a good price

Powerflex - Going to install the complete set for my car. Will fit them to new parts

Supra Fuel Pump - A lot of people have recommended this upgrade

Injectors - Advised in this thread that the old ones be replaced

Charge Pipes - Is this a good upgrade? Can get a brand called FTP or BP Engineering for a decent price. Forge and other brands are too expensive

H&R Rollbar Kit - Would this make the car bad to drive on our roads? I am hoping that it will reduce the floaty feel even more.

Eventuri Carbon Intake - Will this provide any performance benefits? I have the standard intake with a K&N filter

Coilovers - I am considering ST XTA Plus 3 or Ohlins. KW and Bilstein are also options but what would you guys recommend? Does anyone have experience with these brands and can point me in the right direction? How much of a difference can I expect compared to what I currently have?

Updated Tune just to get everything running properly

Thanks. At the time my options were H&R and M Performance which I think are made by a company called Vogtland. I did not want a bigger drop because I was afraid of the tires touching the fender and also to try and keep my warranty intact. My mistake was doing the installation elsewhere and not at BMW.
Luckily with the ones installed I have no issues even when loading the car up with a roof box

Bumper trims/canards were wrapped and put back on yesterday. Very small imperfections that cannot be seen from the front. Looks awesome close up when you can see the weave or in sunlight.
Almost looks gloss black from a distance.

Thanks to Amber from A&N PEAKS Detailing Studio for helping me out 🙏🏼

Looks great man! Get that front spoiler fitted asap, will complete the look nicely.

Any plans for DRL's? The yellow ones look top-notch with the LCI headlights.

Another question, ever considered getting the ///M Performance Side Sticker done on the skirts? On the White cars it makes a really nice difference.

I can honestly say that I don’t know what DRL’s are. Will search it later

I am waiting for the front spoiler. Should be delivered and fitted by next week. The car looks uglier without it. The old one that was damaged was a forged carbon one.
New one will be weaved as well so will match better with the other parts

My aunt has all the M Performance decals on her F30. I am not really sure about them on an F20. It might stand out too much 🤔

Are there any other colours? Maybe like xenon blue? Yellow looks good but won’t suit me 😆
Yeah, you get the one where you can choose whatever you like from the app too

Can you change this light the same way you do the other globes or would you have to completely open the headlight?
Don’t want any moisture issues.
If it’s an easy job can you send me a link to ones from a reputable brand?

You only replace the DRL boards so you never open the headlight, getting to them though will take a mate and maybe a case of beer for inspiration :ROFLMAO:

See here, a complete tutorial:

As for where we can get them I'm not too sure to be honest, I'm having a hard time sourcing it locally (mine's pre-LCI so even harder to come by)

@FiRi@Rennzport is this something you can get? Both LCI and pre-LCI
