M-Performace Exhaust

Been a minute since i posted thought i would just share some updates regarding my M135i. Fitting the m-perfromance exhaust today its on its way to my house from bmw now. will make some sound videos of the pipe when its new and after it runs in. been running an injen cold air induction also sounds awesome but making the car use a lot of oil so removed it today to asses if the CAI is the issue running standard air box with K&N drop in now????? Then hopefully getting a DP complements "Burgy @PSR" to go with all this other noise and hopefully i will have one good noise.

Car now has all m-Performance extras Not gna do software anytime soon don't wana risk MP so next on the order list will be the ACS springs just to drop the car slightly

What about yout motor plan? Or how does it work with the down pipe? Do they viod the whole motor plan or just the part that you modify?

DP will void MP if they find it on the car. but i havnt done DP yet. just finished with back box install sounds sick definitely worth the money for the sound. I need to got get a go pro suction cup mount and will try make a video someone just needs to tell me how to upload it.

If you just do DP it will sound like you already have a full exhaust.

Must sound great with DP + Exhaust!

I ordered my M performance exhaust and got it within two days. This is on the 135 N55 tho.

I waited about 2months after i paid. was worth the wait though. Just got a go-pro suction mount now so finally i can record the sound clip will try do it today still

I dont know but to me the price for the exhaust looks a bit cheap.. A certain place qouted me when I had my 325i E90, R14000,00 and that was just for the rear silencer.

If you get that price it is a bargain:thumbs:

I was in the verge of ordering it a M Performance for my 335i, was quoted R10500 odd excl VAT, but including fitment.
Anyway on Friday dealership fitted it to another F30 335, anyway they reckon I shouldn't waste my money, not much of a sound change to exhaust only higher RPMs do you really notice it.

Also considered the PPK but apparently they have problems with it, but there is a new stronger unit coming out but he is not sure if the problems have been rectified as he is still waiting for the 1st unit to arrive to fit.

I took a go-pro clip but they like 2gb in size? and what housing do you think is best for recording exhaust? heres some pics of what the pipes look like sorry if the car is a bit dirty havnt washed it since the rain

Can you guys recommend a good dealer for onsite fitment?

last i heard auto alpina boksburg (closest to me) doesnt do fitments etc, they send it away to bmw approved repair centre somewhere in edenvale to do fitment ..and i dont want some monkey moering my car between the places :/

Any exhaust place can fit dosnt take longer than 30min. I asked about the fitment being BMW approved they said it dosnt matter where i fit it as the exhaust is motor plan approved and friendly but it is not covered by motor plan it has its own two year warranty.
