M badges on non-M cars

Until recently I thought you guys are harsh and if someone bought their car they can do whatever they want. They can stick as many badges as they want.

I keep on asking myself this question, when are the rookie BMW owners going to get it that an ///M badge only belongs on an ///M and that the fakes can be spotted by anyone who has even just a little more than basic knowledge of BMW's:

A true BMW Fanatic is hardly ever impressed by this:

For some unknown reason this fake ///M badge was retained even after the fake /// lines faded away/came off :biglol:

I saw a taxi in JHB some weeks ago with a ///M stuck to its grill, which was incredibly amusing.
