Looks like the head is coming off soon.

So as the heading states.

This weekend going out to Zwartkops for the track day, following my friend with his SL500. We stop at a set of lights, and you guessed it. We both pull away fast, not racing just harder than usual 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Then back to cruising speed. Then as we get to the track I give it the beans in 2nd and back off again and all I see is a mirror full of blue smoke.(read Can't see behind me so much blue smoke)

So it looks like it could be valve stem seals. But what puzzles me is that on the way home. Try as I may hard in 2nd or hard in 3rd then off the gas. It only did it once on the way home.

Any ideas

Crankcase recirculation system blockage (hoses gone soft and pinching closed), overfull oil, Valve stem seal came loose and is jumping up and down with the valve stem, brake fluid leaking through master cylinder and into booster and vacuum line - if it burns clean and oil stays clean I wouldn't worry to much unless it does it again :(
