i just checked my Sentra's consumption now. I did 100km from Wednesday till today. mixed driving, and I managed to get 11l/100km, and thats from a 2.0 4cyl !

I would take the 325ti over the 318ti anyday... 6cyl is always better than 4cyl. The fuel consumption you should not worry about, think of the :excited:

But if i where you, looking to buy an e46. I would either go 325ci or 330i both in manual with sunroof...

Look in the junk mail, the first one I saw was no good for R110k. The second one I saw is the one I have now. It was a 2002 330i lux package manual with 148 000km on the clock, picked it up for R100k. Just spent around R10k converting it to a sportspack, bumpers, seats, 6 speed, xenons, few other things. Recently I fitted a catless exhaust system and now my consumption sits permanently on 9.4lt/100km. That is from driving decently, no need to floor it when you have so much torque (+300nm) to play with.

Got the car for 3 months now and been fortunate that when I took it in for a checkup at BMW, I got a new turbo and front pads and discs replaced.
I'm trying my best not to have a heavy foot when driving to work and have gotten my fuel consumption down to an average now of 6.1l/100km (OBC) and at times down to 5.6 and 5.3

Trying to get the most out of this new turbo so being conservative with it for the time being

I'll check with a friend and see what he has in stock or if he know of any leads and post back in a while.
