if thats the actual pic i think some sanding and treatment will make it good as new :rollsmile: nice thing about it being real wood...

My car has an ugly silver aftermarket gear knob on that came with the car, and im trying to find 1 of these bmw ones. It can be wooden or even the normal plastic/rubber/leather ones that came in this specific shape.

I have seen one or two in peoples cars, but none for sale..

I feel you Wes. My old school wooden Alpina gear knob was stolen at the port. I could cry! Finding another one is either impossible or so expensive it's insane!! :cry:

I don't have any, but just to clarify, there were 2 types of these knobs from BMW, a screw in and a clip in type. I suspect you want the screw in?

If so, post a WTB (want to buy) add over at www.bmw2002faq.com, as 2002s had those as an option. In perfect condition they are quite expensive but used ones can be had for about R250. Just make sure that the thread pattern matches.
