knowledge is power and im in this qest for more knowledge when it comes to developing files. anyone can load a file no genius required there. learning how to develop files and understanding the whole aspect of how a tune works and wat it needs to work in harmony with other influencing factors is what defines a good tuner.... some got it right no doubt ..some in it for the love of money some in it for respect of thier art..

everyone is entitled to there own opinion and this is mine :

we talking purely tuning and bmw specific. IMHO majority of the tuners out there are just buying one file and reselling the same file over and over again. Some don't even know wtf they doing. When things break they are quick to blame hardware.

this is evident by the times these guys are running on the 1/4 mile.


the only person i know who can write a file from scratch is OB from chip logic.
i believe that this man is the founder of tuning in this country. he is a true legend

rumor has it that a tuner well known to many, made 1kw on a dyne after he loaded his special tune.

the point i am making is that this new development will not only allow individuals to explore and learn but also understand the logic behind the cars they drive, no one will ever get ripped off as you will be able to know compare tunes at face value
