That's a frozen M3 and that e30 was a turbo e30, full Alpine conversion, but then the turbo got chucked. From Namibia, nice car

Frozen is correct, if you look at it quick it looks like it is wrapped matt black.
As for the conversions on the E30 I have no clue, also just a car I spotted in the yard at work.
