Long overdue - my E93 335i

Got my car back from BMW after almost 2 months only to have a drunk idiot reverse into it on Saturday night at Emperors Palace. Cost to repair: R7k :angry:

Security gave me the idiot's details. How does one handle this? Should I just claim from Insurance and forget about it?

That really doesn't look bad at all, R7k to fix?! :skit: Did you try polishing the scuff marks off?

I really wouldn't go through insurance for that.. Unless the damage is more than the picture portrays? Did any of the gaps go off?

I tried polishing it but the scratches are deep and need to be sprayed. There's a slight gap on the driver side so bumper needs to be adjusted.
