Licence renewal Query

I cannot believe what just happened. I went to get my new Licence disc and had to pay R456.00 for my e36, is this correct ?
Im sure I paid three hundred and something the previous year.
Im dumb struck with what they charged, and on top of this they want us to pay for E-toll, and the price of petrol?
I will not pay nothing for E-toll.:argh:

Sounds about right, I paid R460 for the license for my E46 this week, and that was with 3 days penalty. ( I only noticed it expired in January whilst washing the car last Sunday)

I still cannot figure out why I never got a reminder.
