let the modding begin - clear indicators

Hi,

With the water leak on my e46 318i finaly fixed I can now focus making her pretty. Anyone know where I can find a set of clear front indicators for the pre facelift e46. And how much am I looking at roughly (need to budget)?

Some scrapyards sell the fake ones for I think about R400 or you could wait for someone to place ann order from oversees where they go for around $24.99. I think dolphin spares sells the fake ones. Call them on 012 327 5066, they are in Mitchell street in PTA-West.

Did you check up on the price at the dealers? i remember someone buying the facelift clears for about R180 each last year some time when i went in for my service. Not to sure about the pre-face lift but it shouldn't be more should it? And you can ask for a Discount

worth a try. Think the facelift headlights and indicators are a unit. The pre f/l is separate to the main light cluster. My bro bought a set of retrofit lights for his '95 5 series at BMW for around R3000 at BMW.

Nope, they are separate units , same as the pre face-lift model , one is the headlamp unit the other is the indicator.
Should be an easy swap.

I do know though that the Ci models are a complete unit . but we didnt get 318ci here did we?

Also suggest u upgrade the side indicators on the fenders ,its cheap and super easy to put on.
