Unless they're driving behind you and decide to pull you over...

U can get fined for wrongly displaying it. It's better not to have it displayed at all if not in its correct place and try talking ur way out....

I was almost locked up for not having both plates.
Only got away because my daughter started crying in the car

Since then, both plates are always on.

If I ever remove my plates, I'll be sure to move around with a crying child LOL!

How do you manage this....
you see a roadblock ahead, your plates are not on.......

What do you do?

Dont mess with the Zohan .... not worth it .... I wonder what happens if you in an accident and the accessor (insurance) sees your number plate/s are not on the car? Is that considered your car not being road worthy?

Anything can make it unroadworthy, if thats what will be the reason for them not paying out.

Once had my broken plate displayed on the windscreen taped up.
Got pulled over and told the popo it just broke and was on the way to get a new one, taped it up til then.
They didn't wanna hear jack and fined me

It all the depends on the day, and the fuzz that pulled you over.

Sometimes you get told to watch out, and sort it out.

Other times, by the time the guy gets to your car, the date, reg number, make, model of car, date, time, street etc are already filled out on your new fine, the guy walks over, asks for the drivers license, fills in the details and the stuff from the disk and says, heres your fine.
