Launch Control on 120d F20

Hi Guys

Does anyone know how to do launch control on the 2013 120d F20?
I have the 8spd auto in M Sport package,
I have tried the steps from a youtube video but all I get is a burn out...
No launch flag...

AFAIK it’s only possible if you have paddles/Sport Auto gearbox

I have the option for M/S (Sport auto box)
and I've seen a youtube clip with a non flappy paddle doing it.

I just read the link above and I'm not sure if I ran in 10 km before trying,

Thanks for the link man, will most def try it when i get home from work, I would have driven around 15km or more...

Check your car spec to make sure you have the sport auto transmission and not the normal auto transmission.

M/S is available on Sport Auto and the nomal gearbox. Without paddles you don’t have Sport Auto.

If you want to be sure you can post the last 7 digits of your VIN and we can check:thumbs:

I think it can be coded if you really want it.
(Of course the paddle shifters won't magically appear after coding though)
