i got to bed at 1,up at 4h30,start work at 6am,till 6pm,came home washed the car and now to shower then go eat ice cream

Can be done... i watched TV till 3 this morning. was up at 7 started washing car by 7:30 odd till around 1 or so and already showered waiting for ice cream..
