Hi Guys

i would just like to know on the service at BMW in JHB CBD, i was there this past weekend but didn't get the assistance i required i then booked my service online and till now i haven't received any feedback ...

Any guys had the same issues and could someone recommend a dealership where the service is outstanding and the work quality is great,

cant comment on Joburg City Auto.
However, I can comment on ClearWater BMW.

Take your car to these guys. Service is outstanding and I have never had any issues with them. Used to use Club motors in Randburg and JSN in Bryanston. Both these dealerships are crap. I have been using Clearwater ever since and I am happy with them.

I have used JHB City Auto many times. Always great service.
The workshop manager is one of the most knowledgeable people i have ever met at BMW. The technicians are always willing for you to come sit with them in the workshop and have a chat.

Lol I had bad experiences at Clearwater but after complaining they managed to sort out my problems so I take to them still.
