Really really shit one mate.

I did over 200 000 km's in my ex E46 M3. It saw plenty track days and was driven hard. Never had an issue.

My modding stops at opening the engine. I will SC on stock internals and thats it. Probably going that route on my E92 with an ESS 620HP kit.

Ya, she was supercharged, but had an aggressive file from AA that was built for American fuel. She was built at Zeemax and I haven't heard the best of things about them.

Anyway, this caused the motor to blow. Matt, the previous owner then started the complete rebuild where the Engine was rebuilt with a donor engine, taking all the best parts from that engine and then installing Forged CP low compression pistons, bored out, installed Horse Power Freaks Rods, ARP Bolts, Vac motorsports oilpump and more other mods.

Matt did not supercharge her again.

I since have taken her, am now putting in NEW VAC motorsports Forged Racing Valves with new cams and then will be putting my supercharger from the 323i into her. This supercharger is bigger than the one AA uses and is good up to 750hp.

Will be using a charge cooler and not an intercooler.

All parts are pretty much ready to go, just waiting for the charge cooler.

OK.

So I've spoken with the gentleman in charge of repairing Jezebel's head, and we've been sitting now for 3 weeks waiting for BMW or BMW motorsport to send us 1 valve seal.

The head is fully repaired, new racing valves are all in save for 1 thanks to BMW not having the valve seal we need, nor being able to send us one.

Its been 3 weeks since we ordered the part and they keep telling us "this week, no later than wednesday."

Anyway, we've grown tired of waiting and now have gotten a company who repairs/builds all the racing ferrari and porsche valve seals to build us the required seal. I've been given full guarantee that this will work 120% and seal without problems.

I'm pretty much left without any other option really, seeing as BMW is not cooperating and I could have had Jezebel back 3 weeks ago.

So, thats the update. The guys are very impressed with the parts that are inside this engine. Even Burgy is trying to get me to sell him my HPF rods. ha ha.

Not happening BURG.
