I remember a while back, burgy had some shrick cams... In the interim before the s'charger goes on, you should ask him if you can "test" how well they work ...

All the best with they build boet, now the head will match up nicely with the bottom end..

Thanks German_Spec. I did some research and it turns out Shrick Cams are not recommended for Supercharging as they keep the valves open for too long. Something to that effect.

I was gonna buy them but then after hearing that, I decided to not to get them.

So the new CP piston and Forged Valves have arrived.

We've dropped them off with Lee at Gtech. Let the rebuild begin.

NA cams need bigger intake cams while with a SC you need bigger exhaust cams... so changing cams when you know you going to SC is a waste of money

No I meant "borrow" the cams from burgy while the car is still N/A

With that bottom end that u have, plus the gasflowed head and new valves and retainers, together with those shricks cams... The car will be an n/a beast

When the supercharger comes, u can return the cams back to burgy ... Hehehe

Well then when he returns it to burgy it will be useless. Once a new cam is installed and used its steel properties weakens.

Almost there.

Valves have been seated. I think the head is done. Now they just need to put her back together. I know Lee has been really busy on four other cars that are there too, including another two Fanatic's M3's.

Will be finding out tomorrow whats the plan, but will definitely have her back in the next week.
