Japanese "3 Series"

I'll let the pictures talk for now.

2004 Lexus IS300, 5 speed Auto, 206k km with FFSH. Non S/R model, factory xenons and full leather instead of the suede/leather combo that comes in the IS200.

The front tyres had some wear on the edges so I booked the car in for a full suspension check and for some polybushes in the front arms.
I fitted a set of Goodyears at the same time. Still waiting for the lowering kit to arrive.

I'll post another update when the car is a bit lower and the windows slightly darker.

Congrats on the car, really love these cars. Buddy has one but its registered in Swaziland because apparently SA law does not allow these Jap imports to be used in SA.

Really nice car and quite rare - I love the speedo cluster in this model too.

I tried to bring a RS200 in in 2011, I know of two that is legally registered here in SA so I tried my luck. ITAC said no, haha. Only allowed to import "collectors cars".

You'll love this series!
Thanks Nick, I followed that since they started. That IS200 does sound sweet though. I can't put a loud exhaust on an automatic, haha.

The cluster has to be one of the car's best features.
It's got nice usable power with a good torque curve but I expected a bit more power, a 330i would rape it.
