It's just a blue box

I guess better late than never is the only apt way of describing this. So late 2016 early 2017 a decent e30 crossed my path, or I crossed the path of a decent e30, either way as the price was decent I acquired it, seeing as for some reason I had wanted to get an e30 for some time.

So the details, its a 320i, mileage was just over 130k km when I got it and it is sitting on 135ish k km at this point. It is a 92 model if I recall correct. The colour is lazurblau metallic, i think. I am the third owner, the second owner had the car from around 96.

Great car. Mileage is really low for the model. Any plans to mod or are you keeping the stock look? Personally I would keep the stock look. There aren't many original one's around.

I agree the plan is to keep the look stock, I actually don't have any plans to change anything really. This being said I did change the wheels because it needed a change in tires and set of wheels with tires came up for sale that I though would look good, well pics will follow so I will each judge for themselves.

Very nice. Out of interest - how much has the work on it cost you so far?

Up to this point I have spent R4347.06 on the car, it should however be noted that this does not include any labour as all the work was done by myself, and at times some unfortunate sucker that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Edit: I will also add here that most of the work was not really needed, for the most part only the change in seals/gaskets were needed, the rest was just "peace of mind" maintenance.

I remember this trip. Was when a certain shadowline made it's way to Gauteng.

Of course, it would be this shadowline for those that don't know it:

Any interior pics?

Unfortunately no, for some reason I always neglect to take photos of interiors, but at some point I will.
