Most of the parts are available in quality aftermarket.

Further scrap yard prices for some of the internal bits is also not bad.

Original OEM prices from BMW is also not too bad.

The only thing that could be an issue is perhaps the bumper, as you may battle to find it in quality aftermerket, so that may have to be repaired, if possible.

The beading strips can be purchased loose from the agents.

A fender and a bonnet in non OEM is going to cost you like 1k ish

But as everybody said, take it to a pro, and have them evaluate.

Na its a different guy, he been sorting things out on a couple of my latest cars. and a few friends of mine. does good work! That damage is minor, bonet can be repaired by a good pannel beater or just bought from a scrap yard, and that fender is cheap. all the other tit bits are not expensive, not on E36's anymore, there are just too many at scrap yards these days, you can get any part you want very easily!

I bought Air ducts for my Gspec from BMW I think it was 460 per side. not sure though cant remember but im sure those were the prices.

Funny, I don't see 2door e36's in scrapyards...ever!!
So the fender, indicator and bonnet will be difficult to find, the other parts are shared with 4door models and they are easy to get.

To the OP, I have a brand new front valence for the e36 for you, let me know.
