Irritating jerking/vibration on N54. Troubleshooting required

So guys I have this annoying issue that when the car is under load, between 1000-2000rpm I am getting a jerk and vibration if I gradually press the accelerator. If I press hard and it changes down, there is no problem. No errors pop up on diagnostics.

I just replaced the 6 plugs 2 days ago. New BMW software loaded and gearbox software loaded. The jerk is slightly better but still there.

Car has new Injectors not so long ago as well as coils. Cats could be stuffed. Not sure what else could be leading to the jerk.

Any suggestions?

What do the codes say?
Whats the mileage on the cats?
Propshaft guibo or carrier bearing? ( Not sure how durable they are on the E90s)
Is the vibration from the engine / towards the front of the car or from the middle to rear?

No codes.
Cats mileage 97000km
Feels like from the engine and front.
Can rear trailing arm bushes do that?

Albeit a totally different car but my E90 323i did exactly the same thing and I changed the spark plugs and haven't suffered this problem again. Mine felt like a miss but as soon as I put my foot down it would be gone.

Car is stock. ECU software was updated last week. But the problem we there before the software update.

How long does it vibrate for? I is like a single miss or a continuous vibration?
Mine Jerks at that rpm. very very subtle though

It depends on the rev range. If I hold it at 1500rpm the vibration is there for long. If I accelerate on, from around 1900rpm onwards it is gone.
Will a faulty HPFP or LPFP throw an error? Could it be that?

If the case is pulled through the gears, it revs cleanly with no vibration.

I have said this before and will say it again.....the only way to diagnose is with logs, logs and logs!
