Introduction

Hi everyone, I have just bought my 6th BMW ('03 525i,140k on clock).Have not had a BMW for many years and am glad to be back in one.
I have lurked these forums for a while getting info about the E39 and must say the expertise and experience(and assistance) here is absolutely awesome! I am an ex-auto technician so hope I can "give back" in info in some or other way in the future. Everyone seems so willing to share valuable info and seems as passionate about their cars as me! Chef- not sure of the "individual" in E39(new to 5 series) Thought all the '03 E39's had clear lights...
323- other cars were all 3 series: E30 316 two door, E30 323i two door(WITH full freeflow exhaust!! NEVER listened to the radio LOL)
E36 316, E36 318i Motorsport II, E46 318i pre the facelift.. Loved them all like children and they never gave me a days trouble!!

Nice pic bud, the 03' runout models came with the clear indicator lenses on non msport cars and were usually equipped with different wheels.

Doubt its an Individual spec car but perhaps a colour available on the runout cars...:coolShake:

Some wheels, tints and stance can only add some character to the car...

on my laptop, the image color looks more like a charcoal grey derivative
almost like my 7'er, I cannot describe its color either

Thanks guys! If you have not seen it in reality yet its lovely Bronze metallic. Lighter in the sun but quite "bronze" in darker skies.
