...After reading everything i think that the uno and the 350 z was racing. The driver of the X3 was parked stationary (for what?) 350 trying to miss the x3 and ended up just bumping the x3 and pushed the uno causing the whole drama...
Ok, firstly sorry to hear that you knew the person that passed away in the Uno, but see now there is where you need to get your facts straight!!!
I posted what happened and here is what I said:

"Ok, so here is the latest update, as from the mouth of the investigating officer:
350z and Uno was racing and was charging down Voortrekker road,
X3 tried to get out of the way by doing a lane change to the right,
but the
X3 swerved to the right lane to avoid being hit by the Uno, that was struggling to break,
and hit my the 350z,
making it spin out of control, hit the lamppole, and as per photos, you know the rest.
The Uno lost control, skid out of control, and hit the lamppole on the oppisite side of the street, and broke up into 2 pieces, and the front part hit a Jetta, that was parked, watching the races."
So to clarify... Uno and 350z racing, X3 sees Uno is struggling to stop for the RED LIGHT where the X3 was standing, X3 tried to get out of the way of the Uno, and hit the 350z on the side as the 350z was charging past in the right hand lane, the Uno then lost control and spun out hitting the lamppole on the left of the road, while the 350z hit a pole on the right hand side of the road.
So, the X3 was stationalry because he was stopped at a red traffic light.
