The main aim of this thread was to identify what you don't like about your car and not the whole car.
Basically, if I was thinking of buying a 2004 E46 M3, these are things I would look at first.

The only thing that I would want to change on my car is the stupid POFS adaptive throttle....it is like BMW went out of their way to make it as crap as possible :facepalm:
