Howsit guys

All my normal 540 mags were bent from these glorious potholes in Mpumalanga, so I popped down to my local bmw and picked up some E60 Sportpack wheels for my E39... I reckon it looks quite nice.. it took some getting used to, but I like the way the wheels look. I think it will look better once I put all the facelift lights and m5 bumpers tho .... nextyears fun.

here are some pics

That looks very good, now you just need those facelift headlights and clear indicators all round to complete the look.

Just wondering, aren't these wheels, or any wheels insanely expensive at the dealers?

shot guys ! :) ..

@msm, yea man ! planning on getting all them facelift/m5 bits nextyear .. I think then it will look better.

@sanky dude ! indeed man, the wheels look very modern and the rest of the car looks dated now, I think it will look more complete with the clear lights and such...
but I prolly won't keep these mags on here forever, my plan is to eventually get BBS LM's ... Originals tho..
they are quite mentally expensive at the dealers unfortunately, but someone there did me a favour and I got a decent deal.. I think retail is like 48K or something chronic.. badass.

+1 for BBS LM's, they just look good on any BMW, especially the more classic models.

That was the kind of price I think the dealers would charge, good that you got a better deal.

Oh, I also noticed this on the gum yesterday:

Not sure if they are OEM or not, but might be worth a look, if you find yourself in the area.

shot fastguy ;)

@andrew .. these mags have a much much stronger design than the bbs 540i mags .. the walls of the mag are much thicker, also I'm using runflats on them, so I'm assuming they will be abit more resistant to the dents in the road because the rubber is also much thicker... but yeah, the point is to still be carefull man, lol, and plus it looks quite sweet.. you will see at the next meet. looks nicer upclose than in the pics ...

I know those mags look sweet, my dads got them on his 525i & I love them..

You better come to the next meet..

Looking at the photos again, the rear needs a slight spacer so the mags are a bit further out.

Did you get the Narrows & wides? Or just one size fits all.

I like the mags, and i think it looks good on your car!

Now all you need is the E39 Facelift lights with Corona rings and clear indicator repeaters on the side plus the Rear lights to match.

Doesn't the e39 come out with narrow/wides? I don't know the sportspack e60, but mine is same all round? It looks fantastic!!!

Looking awesome Clutch!

But I think everybody missed a vital part of your first post. You robbed a bank or something? Got a BIG-ASS bonus?

...so I popped down to my local bmw and picked up some E60 Sportpack wheels for my E39...
