My bother's in-laws have had rotten luck with another manufacturer and between my dad, my brother and myself we have decided to get them into a BMW and what better place to shop than the "Du Plessis' BMW Stable" so this 328i will have a new home in a short time yet stay in the family so to speak. Couple things going back to stock like wheels, mirrors, exhaust and suspension but the xenons and cruise control will stay as its going to be a daily driver. The "soon to be" new owners don't know about it so its going to be a nice surprise.

In this move I have also organised my sister's old Arctic Grey '96 328i for my close friend Gary, it will be his first BMW also.
This Grey one was supposed to go to my brother's inlaws but after some chatting the Green one was the better option.

The couriers dropped Kaboom's old car off in Alberton yesterday so I picked her up and drove her home. Now that she is happily in my hands I can get to work giving a little TLC to her. The car is still in a good condition but it needs my touch. Windshield needs replacement, black roof lining sagging so I will recover it with black suede along with the A and C pillars and sunroof panel. Steering wheel needs recovering, will swap out grey carpet for black, would also like to swap door panel inserts for dove grey ones. Bonnet shocks are shot and the car will get its OEM airbox put back into place along with a FULL service and wash/polishing. Koni sticker will be gone too. Progress won't be fast as I have to finish other projects first.:thumbs:

I finished returning the car to somewhat stock this week and my family and I just finished the handing over ceremony to the new owners Maude and Diddy, Maude was crying she was so happy, was a great surprise for them. Im chuffed but also sad to see Acid go, I will still see Acid when she comes for her services at least. Its a good feeling making the BMW family a little larger, 2x 328i's to 2 first time BMW owners in 2 weeks! Anyway onto pics.
