Hubcaps and wheel trims needed for E9 2000cs or advice

Can anyone assist me in finding some BMW HUBCAPS AND TRIM RINGS in good condition for my BMW e9 2000cs? Or does anyone know what is involved and what has to be changed to fit the later wheels that are 5 hole instead of the 4 hole original. I will attach a pic of original and the 5 hole. Any help would be aporeciated. Thanks

Those wheels look like those that I have seen on 70s/80s 7 series .

I would think that adapters can be used to fit stud wheels...
