How to complain to BMW SA

So I stumbled across one of the senior guys at BMW SA (@GuyKilfoil) on Twitter, and it seems BMW SA have a social response team. So you can send your complaints (e.g. bad service at a dealer, etc) to [email protected].

Kilfoil responds to tweets as well..

Use it, don't use it.

They've done WAYYY more good than bad so i doubt it. It's like those who assumed that Toyota was going to suffer after the few recalls they had and they are still as strong as ever. Brand power is something not to be reckoned with.

:thumbs: you can attract a lot of good business from Fanatics if you can address a lot of the issues we have, we need someone to step up to the plate. :thumbs:

MikeR...I have the same hope:

I wish we can have a bmwfanatics forum BMW dealership where our members can do to without having so much shit from dealerships.

It makes me sick that dealerships want to deny you your motorplan because you want to change the light bulbs on your car yet the dealership gives you such bad service delivery...such hypocritical standards is not acceptable since WE paid for the motorplan...how the heck does that make any sense. :nonono:
