then bought 1989 535i, sold to buy

2003 X5 diesel (current)
Sold 540i and 528i to buy X5
Had two 528i's also, as well as E36 316i (still around with nearly 400k km on)
Will not mention various Beach buggys, Porche replica with 1900 watercooled Combi motor, Opels and one Toyota Corona (you young guys will probably think this is a spelling error) O yes, had a 1750 Alfa Berlina in my younger days and also started off with a Mini 850 and then a Renault Dauphine with R8 motor and gearbox with discs at the back and drums in front. Cut my car teeth on that one. Modified it with my meagre salary as a working student. Have very fond memories of the Renault club in Bloem with Brandt Pretorius as Club Chairman, quarter mile sprints, gymkanas, etc.

1988 BMW 318i – 7 sevens in family sadly traded in on 325i
1993 BMW 325i AT full house 19 months traded in for 200sx
Nissan 200sx S13 ( run for 18days in 4 month - 2 turbos later - arrgh ) traded back to dealer

1999 Renault Megane 1.6rxe 10 months- retrenched – returned to bank

1997 BMW 528i - Drove her around, with massive sound in the back for 3 years hahaha. :nonono: Sold her after experiencing endless electrical issues.
2007 Mustang GT - Drove this amazing beast in the states for 2 years. Sold her when I came back home. Saddest day ever.
2005 Subaru WRX - Drove this little demon for 2 years before modding it with bigger everything. Very fun can opener. Sold her after 3 years to buy my current 330i.

OH also I have an original 1947 Willy's Jeep that has been handed down for about 4 generations. Lovely little toy!
