yep,gave everything to my insurance friday afternoon,asessor should be coming out on monday,so the bakkie will go in next week.
will pay the excess and rent a car for the time it is in(all out of my pocket of course)and this after the owner said he would pay as it was his drivers fault.

strange how 3rd party insurance works,it was there fault but there car gets fixed first then only later,do they fix mine(3 to 6 month later)
cant let the wife use the bakkie as if it gets a punture then i cant get the spare wheel off
