How do I Pay G-Drive

If it was a glitch on the website outside his control and he is willing to refund you then I don't see anything wrong with that. I know its frustrating when you wait for something and it doesn't turn up. How does this cowling price compare to the dealers?

I bought mine from the dealers for R900.00.

Well, G-Drive had it up for R495.00, so now, because they did not deliver, I must pay more than twice the amount for it.

But whatever ... Que sera sera :disapointed:

at R 500 i will take 2 :rollsmile:

only reason I have not replaced mine is R1k is very stiff for a thin piece of plastic

That plastic/rubber cowl is an expensive item from the agents, and buying a used one is typically pointless since they all pretty much get perished, unless you are a lucky to find one that isn't. My Wife was able to have this added to her insurance claim to have the windscreen replaced - so lucky!

We told them that we were concerned that since it was old and somewhat perished that it would not seal properly with the new windscreen. :thumbs:

Which is right philip. With my previous windscreen I had a white mark at the one corner of the windscreen which is from water getting in between where the glass is laminated afaik

Hi all,

Looks like the "G" in G-Drive stands for Good Service, my money for the wrong part has been refunded, without the part even being returned.

Chavoos, I suggest you just follow up with Bruce, it seems to me like they are quite helpful.

Even though I was a bit disappointed, the other parts I have received are of a high quality and the lambda sensors are Bosch parts for which I would have paid 4 times the price from the dealers, and I can only imagine what I would have paid for the front section of the sump of the E30 from BMW themselves. :thumbs: :bravo:

Thanks GP . I have followed up. It's a Bosch issue , they have 750 plugs on back order and no confirmed delivery date. If it doesn't come in a month or so, I will ask Bruce for a refund.

He is a good guy.
