discussion High pitch noise

Hi all. Anyone experience a high pitch noise in the BMW 320i F30? It is not always there but when it does come, if I switch on the aircon it goes away immediately. I can’t figure out what it is but sounds like it’s only in the cabin? Would like to fix up whatever is causing the issue.

I have not heard any noises in my F30 320i besides my sister's constant whining when she travelled with me to Goudini. We were late and needed to make up some time. Also my climate control is always on auto with the aircon on.

Thanks buddy. I should try leaving my aircon on auto. Does it not affect the cabin filter leaving an odour on startup? I know most people advise when using the aircon to switch it off a few minutes before ending your trip and leaving just the fan on to prevent moisture buildup on the cabin filter.
