Thanks guys. Went and looked at the M135i at Executive Cars yesterday. Was told I could take it for a test drive, but when I arrived they said, nope, sorry!! Ughhhh, so now I will have to find another one somewhere to drive.. :thumbdo:

TypeRSA i had a red type R just like yours and i miss her very much there is nothing that can be as fun as that revving it to over 8000 with that vtec light coming on and the shifting lights flashing!! Best toy everrrr!!! And then i got a 335i and ive had a grin on my face ever since! You cant go wrong with a 135 bmw!!! Heres a pic of my ex ride!

Hey guys, so after many many attempted test drives I still haven't been able to find a dealership willing to let me go for a test drive. This is really annoying me!! I am looking at buying the car, but cannot buy something you have no idea bout...

Is there anyone in the North of Johannesburg (or actually any part of Gauteng) willing to take me for a spin in an auto M135i. You can drive, I just need to feel the car and what it's all about before I plunge in head first!

No one willing to let you test drive it before applying for finance. And I am sorry, but not going through the whole shlep and then I don't like it (highly doubt I won't like it, but you never know)

EDIT: Spoke to Kathy at Alberante. She is happy for me to go or a test drive. So will go tomorrow, and hopefully I will not be messed around again.

I got offered a test drive there before they had even licensed the car, so I'm sure they'll let you take it out.

I went for the test drive and was completely blown away!! :inlove: The car is soooo much more responsive than the R. But was expecting that. I am extremely happy with everything on the car and will be getting one soon
