I need to replace my discs in front.Disc's are on min thickness and cant grind anymore.I am thinking of putting bigger discs in front.But without changing calipers. My beemer e46 320 individual f/l model 2004.Is it possible to replace with bigger ones? Will it work without changing calipers? What must i look out for when replacing them? Finally, which brand to buy if it is possible?:thinking:

I don't think it would be possible to change to bigger disks without changing the calipers etc. The most popular thing to do its seems it to replace the front disks with 330i disks, and the back disks with 328i ones, as the 330i ones don't fit on the back, something to do with the carriers not fitting or something.
But your best bet for this would be to ask freerider as he is doing this at the moment, he aslo has a thread about it in the DIY section.
Also just remember that your wheels also need to be big enough for the disks and calipers to fit, for the 330i brakes you will need at least 17'', I have 17's on my 330i and there is only about 4-5mm gap between the wheel and the caliper.

If I am not mistaken the 330i front brakes and 328i fit on directly, but your best bet would be freerider's thead, or PM him for more info.
