Help needed: check out a car in KZN for me - E46 330i Individual

There’s a prospective E46 330i Individual in KZN, that I’m interested in, is there anyone familiar with these cars that could have a look at it for me?
Basically just to tell if it’s a lemon or there is anything major needed on the car that the seller isn’t divulging.
