Have been the owner of my first BMW for about a year and a half now, 2010 135i m-sport step convertible. Love the car!
it has 70 000km on it, JB4 G5, BMS DCI, BMS catch can,ER charge pipe, RB PCV, Rennzport DP's, N55 mid pipes and running the mitchi super sports all round. ALL fluid and oils have been replaced at 65k including the transmission serviced at ZF and intake port carbon cleaning done. The car makes quite a ugly rasp at around 2700rpm under partial throttle and then immedietly goes away as revs climb...under WOT the car sounds pretty wild :rollsmile:
I believe I may be in the market for a e36 328i soon
(once I sell my 200sx s14) So thought I would join the forum to ask a few question regarding the car and to have a source for spares etc.
Basically I am looking for something relatively cheap to run, repair and that is very reliable. With the purposes of being a second car as a simple run around and a car to learn to drift in. What should i keep a look out for when e36 328i hunting?
