I have spoken to zambesi auto , you can talk to Oscar at M division and he told me it's not BMW approved NOT AT ALL , rob green does it .

Yap your right, I was there with him yesterday. He does however guarantee it is MP safe but it does need to be removed before going in. It's a simple PnP like the JB4 though.

Because it's not an BMW approved Mod, It's safe in the sense that it does not leaves codes ect like most other piggyback and flash tunes do..Rob explained it to me yesterday..

Oh ok, Uncle Rob himself explained it. That makes sense now. Buy it, you wont regret it

PS Remember to remove this MP Safe device before taking your car to the dealer

Your definition of MP safe and mine are definitely 2 different things. Keeping my MP safe for me means that when my car goes in for a service my MP does not get voided because of mods. When my car goes in for a service it's taken back to stock and that's what matters to me. :rollsmile:

IN another thread a F20 has this system installed and it says thr the standard bmw values does not get change by the system that is why they are saying it is undetectable when you remove it before service, so it is MP safe

I was under the impression it falls in the same class as ACS.

Anyway,

Motorplan Safe - Can not be detected but if detected your Motorplan gets cancelled.
Motorplan approved - detectable but will not void Motorplan.

Exactly what was explained to me and what I was under the impression of. But then again you get some people that think they know everything.
