Good day members.

Joined the forum now after lurking as a guest and peeking in through the windows, you guys should close the curtains more often.

Due to be taking delivery of a well maintained and pretty clean E90 320D with sports pack end of this month. White in colour, Manual trans, sunroof and black leather.

Trading my Isuzu KB 250 LE D/C for the 320D with a small cash adjustment.

Cannot wait for end of feb, the slowzuzu has given me many years of faithful service, but its time to become more refined now. I can also avoid midnight calls with guys crying for the use of the bakkie because their bike has let them down.

I am very active in the biking community, ride for a club - international one - and ride a Harley(Yes, a hardly ableson). Will need to be looking at a tow bar for the 320D eventually, but for now I just want to get the deal done and on the road.

Also Know one of the other new members here - Tjoppies. Yes buddy, I see you going on about your coupe, sorry to hear about your troubles dude.

Ps; please beware of Tjoppies at a braai, there is a reason why he has the online handle he does.

Have done the research into it.

Been for the test drive, few minor things being checked - brake pads need to be replaced for instance.

Found the diesel consumption figures versus the comfort and driveability most impressive however.

The Isuzu is after all a "plaas bakkie". Its done well for applications such as moving and pulling however it loves to drink and burns through the fuel budget.

It also not built for comfort either.

No brainer for me regarding this change at all.

Unfortunately I do have prior commitments for tomorrow evening which I cannot change.
