Thank you all.

Here is a photo of the dash area. Look at the position of the heater control.

Thank you.
The K&N airfilter sits right behind there.
With the light on the car the airflow was disrupted.
So I removed the light and put mesh instead.

A compromise in looks I realise but forced by circumstance.

One of the weak points on the car was the brake set up.
Although I had initially installed the 333i discs and brake callipers the car never really felt sure footed under heavy braking and the brakes would rapidly heat up.

It really did take me a long time and a lot of research to eventually decide on getting a kit made by Powerbrake. Super guys totally focused on customer service and providing affordable solutions.

As this was the first kit they made I took in my strut and left it with the boys for a few weeks.

This is the result.

p.s. Did I mention how customer focused they are?

I ground the dust shield and only left the inner piece so as to protect the ABS sensor

That is interesting stuff with the hybrid M88/S38.
Was the head a straight bolt on (with the timing covers swopped obviously) or did you have to "maak 'n plan" on some of the items.
This car should shunt with the Hp/Kg ratio
