I'm Siraaj and i got a E34 535i automatic, love this thing and the sound is amazing.

I use to be a VW driver and decided it time to play with the big boy's and got me the BMW 353i but i am having trouble with the transmission, please help???

mmm...old school E34 BMW's, I think that you should get lots of advice here for this, but you will need to be a LOT MORE specific as to the exact symptoms you are experiencing.

Not that I know enough (or anything) about gearboxes, but
1)Auto or manual
2)have you had the gearbox oil serviced and gearbox filters replaced ?

Hi Thank for Replying but can u tell me where i can get the filters here in Cape Town coz I have phoned around and they tell me agents only, oh and it a Automatic.I did change the oil bt didnt work

The box will cost somewhere in the region of R20k to repair so you might wish to consider a manual swap.

Does anybody no of or have A Torque converter for the
535 E34 Or where I can get someone that repairs it.
