Goodbye BMW ,hello Porsche

Decided I needed to replace my Z4 coupe. It was a superb car, beautiful looks, smooth power, amazingly reliability. What could be an adequate replacement? The just discontinued Z 4 just doesn't do it for me, more cruiser than sports car. After a bit of research I could see only one option; Porsche Boxster 987. Just one test drive and I was hooked; the handling, the sheer integrity of the driving experience was like nothing I've experienced before. Sure it's not as fast as an M3, but for driving in it's purest form there just isn't a substitute.
After a bit of number crunching and trading in both my beemers, I'm finally getting my porker:rollsmile:
Picking this beauty up on Friday:=):

It's a 2007 Boxster,73k km,complete service history with Porsche, in overall pristine condition

I have a similar dilemma, last month I test drove a Cayman and it was love at first drive. The problem is I'm too attached to my M Coupe. The day I can afford a cayman s, that's when I'll switch.
Congrats on the porker and many happy miles. Wish I was brave like you

This is a BMW forum so I don't think I should wish you good luck.

Just messing with you, I really wish you lots of happy smiles and trouble free motoring with the Porsche. I am quite sure you are like a kid just before christmas, and I doubt you would be able to sleep until you collect the car. These two nights are going to be very long for you. Try and keep yourself busy/entertained until then.

Again, Good luck and do post some more pics when you get the car.

Congrats, all the best and enjoy it!!!

Absolutely stunning car!

I almost pulled the trigger on a Boxter S... but then got married instead...

Many happy and safe km's!
