Inspired by LukasK with his e46 325i S65 swap several years back I sourced myself at set after seeing Budler fit E90 pre facelift mirrors to his car, modification is needed of course. I have never been a fan of the std E46 barn doors and OEM M3 mirrors don't fit the 4/5door. The e90 pre facelift mirror shape flows well with the rest of the E46 body lines, you will see what I mean after I fit them.
I specifically looked for black ones so I can have just the mirror covers sprayed white. The rest of the black mirror flows well into the gloss black window trim.

Dropped the car off Monday morning @Alberante, while collecting parts yesterday I went downstairs to check the progress. :facepalm:
1.When I dropped off the car I was specific about my 7series chromium bulb, they replace the indicator but now it has an orange bulb, exactly the opposite to what I was so specific about in the first place.
2. I saw the car before wetsand and polishing, overall the spray is pretty good except I noticed dirt in the paint in one spot on the bonnet and another weird shape in the paint too...:RedNo:
Hope its comes out correct after the next process, or else.

panel shops are the pits... this is why I did my own stripping and panel work on my e46... ONLY let them paint even then they managed to dent the rear panel and I had to have the boot lid painted twice

Last week @ Alberante BMW I notice new hole in the ceiling they just repaired from my accident, I ask William what's the story this time? He said last week a worker from the same firm stood on the suspended ceiling and fell down with it, broke his leg and pelvis, as he hit the ground his safety harness landed next to him, stupid idiot wasn't wearing his safety harness! There were no vehicles parked there at the time.
On my car news, I pointed out the indicator issue so they resolved it and also the imperfections in the paint have been colour sanded out.:rollsmile:

And this is why using PPE and not just having it is so important, apart from that BMW should have a H&S representative to make sure that contractors comply with policy or be removed from the site if they are not properly equipped as they maybe endangering the lives of other people.
