G20 330iM vs X3 20d

Hi Mates,
I’ve got a G20 330i Msport 2019, going off motoplan, do you think it will be advisable to renew the Motoplan or trade it in for an X3 20d 2023

Hi there, Whats the spec on the 2019 330i? I assume launch addition some of these cars are highly speced and u going to miss those feature on the X3 20d, the X3 won't handle as well as the G20.

Plus the B48 on G20 330i has upgraded internals, check overseas what they being modded too.

If u want a family car n will travel on some bumpy roads then the X3 but it's going to be a downgrade unless u get a X3 30d on 20s.

And thank you for your honest opinion which means the best option is to extend the motoplan right

Keep the 330. The X3 is going to bore you. I don’t see a need for you for anything the X3 has to offer as per what you have mentioned. I’ve had Motorite warranty before on my OPC and didn’t really have an issue with claims. With that said, they don’t cover ‘everything’ and you would need to see what’s covered based on the plan you choose.

I'd say keep the 330i. If its been reliable thus far it shouldn't have too many issues. From my research the B48 engine is pretty reliable. Keep up with preventative maintenance. Save the extra cash that would've been put toward the X3 and re consider in the next 2 years.
