technical G01 X3 B57 question

Have a question for those in the know, relating to the Xdrive30d B57 variant of the G01.

Did this B57 motor in the X3 receive the mild hybrid system? Whether in the G01 LCI or at any other point in the G01’s for South Africa?

I’ve heard that BMW “quietly” started introducing mild hybrids around 2020 or so in many cars, but just want to know about G01 B57 specifically please.

I was reading up and lead to a few articles that stated the pre-LCi G01s did not get mild-hybrid but it was included from the LCi onwards.
