You deserve a special badge or award for getting the car into the shape it is now. Great job restoring what is one of the truly classic BMW's. *APPLAUSE*

Hey Rick! Looks awesome! Well Done!

Those turbines cleaned up nicely! Are you planning to keep the boot spoiler on? was that an original item?

Also, those motorsport door handels? did you import them or get them machined like that yourself? look so awesome!

Will look perfect once the skirts are done black

The spoiler is a BMW item and as far as I know it was an option....may still remove it anyway it's heavy.

Tha handles I imported from Norway. They are the BMW Motorsport 25th aniversary handles that were fitted to the front doors of the E36M3 and E34M5 I'm not sure how genuine they are but even the copies are rare and I kind of like them.

I still remember the crystal tail lights and the BMW Racing numberplate holder. Now it's like seeing a living peace of history from a time that has long passed. If only my restore could go this well. I'm so jealous :mmm:

What a stunning e34!

The condition of this car doesnt even closely resemble the mileage.

Well done Rick, amazing work done.

Wow love that font spoiler, came out so well.
It's a long process..........what will you do when you finished now? How will you keep yourself busy?

Well the car has around 100000 parts, so I can keep very busy still.

I want to import other front seats, mine are good but not perfect, change the expansion tank, new wiper arms, but generally it feels like a new car now...err and cost about the same lol

The money-shot on a car like this: All the pixels still in tact and the volume button unmolested :)
